Our Diagnostic Services Offered

Our services begin with diagnostic X-Ray, Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry and EKG, which allows for continuous care without leaving your facility. Coupled with a high degree of professionalism, this translates into a partnership with your staff to maintain a high level of patient care.

Portable Digital X-Ray

XRS utilizes the latest state of the art high frequency portable x-ray units. Coupled with Digital imaging plates tailored for portable/mobile imaging, we are able achieve a high degree of image quality second to none and only duplicated in the larger medical facilities. Digital imaging also speeds up our turn around time for reports, assisting facilities in reducing the need to transport patients out of their facility and resulting in improved patient care.

Images can be reproduced on CD, e-mailed to the physician or hard copy printed for referring physician review.

Portable Digital Ultrasound

Following the acquisition of the newest portable ultrasound equipment manufactured by Sonosite, the MicroMaxx Digital allows our sonographer to perform all studies in the comfort of the patient’s room. Accompanied with a full array of transducers, all examinations can be performed with a high degree of accuracy and patient comfort.

Portable Bone Densitometry

With our HOLOGIC Sahara Bone Densitometry equipment, we are able to perform non-invasive BD studies within the comfort of the patient’s room. This examination verifies the “T” score on each patient allowing appropriate treatment for osteopeania or advanced osteoporosis.

EKG

Trained technicians perform all EKG’s. When the EKG is completed, the trace strip is left with the facility for the attending physicians review, or on request, XRS will arrange for a Cardiologist to review and interpret the tracing.
