Scheduling an examination online

Note, all exams ordered online after 5:00 p.m. (Central time) M-F will be scheduled, by default, the next business day.

If this is a STAT examination please call our 24/7 main office number at 615-383-8668, where a courteous scheduling assistant will assist you day or night.

If you need to discuss ordering an examination, call our office and discuss it with one of our knowledgeable staff members. If it is after normal business hours, call our office and our ON CALL technologist will be paged and will return your call promptly.
