History and Philosophy:

X-ray Services, Inc. began in 1999 with the vision of providing high quality mobile diagnostic services to all patients served. With the purchase of new digital equipment, XRS immediately began serving the Davidson County area and soon expanded to the entire Middle Tennessee area.

In May of 2001, XRS acquired the assets of one of the oldest mobile x-ray companies operating in Tennessee, On Site Mobile X-Ray. Their entire outdated operations were immediately converted to fully digital format for efficiency and improved quality of the examinations being performed. As of 2006, XRS is now serving over 50 facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health Agencies and Correctional Facilities in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.

From the beginning, and as a testament of the company’s dedication to high quality mobile imaging, all studies have been completed in digital format with the interpretation being completed via our digital on-line 24/7/365 dictation services. All studies are read by a highly trained and experienced team of Radiologists utilizing the latest on-line RadWeb® technology.

Today, all images and reports, dating back to the beginning of XRS, are available via our ongoing affiliation with Nashville based, EVOLVED Digital Solutions and utilization of their RadWeb® technology. Customers can sign on via our secure web site to view patient images or read a fully typed examination report. It is as easy as clicking a mouse to obtain patient diagnostic information and x-ray reports 24/7/365.
